Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the current situation, challenges and coping strategies of digital trade talent training. Firstly, the article points out that the contradiction between the supply and demand of digital trade talents is prominent, and there is a serious lack of composite talents. Subsequently, it analyzes that the traditional talent training mode cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of digital trade, as well as the phenomenon of disconnection between the education system and industrial demand. In order to address these issues, the article proposes the development of a new model that is guided by the idea of OBE education, emphasizing the key measures such as precise positioning of cultivation objectives, systematic curriculum design, diversified competence assessment, and deepening school-enterprise cooperation. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of school-enterprise cooperation in the cultivation of human resources, as well as the policy support and guiding role of government promotion in the cultivation of human resources. The results of the study are of great significance for optimizing the strategy of digital trade talent cultivation and promoting the healthy development of China’s digital trade.
