The prevalence rate of autism is still on the rise. The education and rehabilitation of autistic chil-dren is becoming a focus of social and livelihood concern. The poor quality of rehabilitation services and the serious shortage of teachers are the two most critical problems in the education and rehabilitation of autistic children. To solve these two problems, the combination of digital technology such as virtual reality technolo-gy with special education and rehabilitation intervention is not only an efective strategy, but also a develop-ment trend, worthy of attention and more eforts to promote.
