As an innovative practice in barrier-free cultural development, the cultural and creative book project for individuals with visual impairments has undergone a full-chain progression—from conceptual emergence and technological development to large-scale dissemination. This evolution not only addresses the gap in cultural product supply for visually impaired communities but also generates profound impacts on cultural rights protection, social inclusion, psychological empowerment, and overall quality of life.Drawing on core findings from relevant literature and adhering to the strictly ordered citation principle, this study systematically examines how the project influences visually impaired individuals at different stages of its development. It further explores how multisensory design, intelligent technology adaptation, and socially coordinated promotion contribute to addressing the dual barriers of“physical accessibility”and“psychological accessibility.”In doing so,the project constructs multifaceted pathways for cultural access, social interaction, and self-realization for visually impaired groups, while providing practical insights for the sustainable development of barrier-free cultural initiatives.Downloads
